PACKAGING | DELIVERY | INSURANCE SHIPMENT (Only English)

Shipping Assured "ALL RISK 100"   VS Shipping Assured "STANDARD 1 € / kg" 

Any shipment that you have to select the default coverage 
insurance "ALL RISK 100%" and are available when the checkbox "100% All-risk insurance" that is placed over the menu of destinations is activated. 

The insurance cover " ALL RISK 100%" covers the entire value of the product shipped, allowing us, in case of irreparable rupture of the object, or the amount paid to compensate you, or to substitute the object. 

That decision is ultimately to LUX and will always be agreed with the customer based on the availability of a new object, the time of reorganization / delivery etc.. 
Otherwise, if you want to save on transport costs, you can deactivate the checkbox and access to shipping with insurance STANDARD. 
The value of compensation insurance STANDARD is 1 € / kg. 

Such compensation may sometimes cover small to medium damage, going to replace damaged parts. This is especially true for mobile of a certain weight and for other damages may be too low. 
Lux is always recommended shipments coverage " ALL RISK 100%", only so you're really buying guaranteed that you did. 

DELIVERY 

Delivery of a purchased product are indicated by Lux always present in the notes in the announcement of the product itself. 
General shall arrange for the withdrawal of a product within about 15 Expo days of receipt of payment and shipping might take from 7 to 15 working days with regard to countries Europeans and 30/40 days for countries outside Europe, according to the volume of the product and the company of transport choice. 
The dates are always announced for guidance as the preparation of packing the furniture and the organization may withdraw same time requires more difficult to accurately predict. 

Warning: You must add the normal delivery time periods in which usually the couriers do not deliver: the period August 1 to 31, from 25 December to 6 January, the week of Easter.

PACKAGING RULES 
When a product is purchased, it prepares the withdrawal LuX.it at the Supplier.

We do not allow exceptions to these policies if you do not agree with LuX same. 
Mainly the rules to follow are the following: 

Regarding the type of packaging on the outside is Always cardboard single or dual wave.

Internally, the product must always be packed with Bubble wrap (see attached photo) and where indicated with polystyrene SHEETS / POLYSTYRENE into small pieces, depending on the cases mentioned. 

You can CELLOPHANE also use bubble wrap instead of only for certain types objects.
